Arrival & Departure

Arrival: Check-in time is 2:00pm. We encourage you to arrive by 4:00pm for the Asana class. Dinner is at 6:00pm and there will be a Welcoming Orientation at 7:00pm followed by Satsang at 8:00pm.

Departure: Check-out time is 12:00pm. You are welcome to stay in the ashram for the rest of the afternoon even after checking out of your room.

What to Bring:

Description

During this Lavender Harvest Month we will harvest lavender from our lavender fields and have workshops on kirtan music.  Selfless service is volunteering done without selfish expectations. We welcome karma yogis, especially for this karma yoga week. Karma Yogis serve for four hours a day and have a 50% reduction on accommodations.

12-1pm Kirtan Workshop
2-4pm Lavender Harvest
4-6pm Open Yoga Class

About the Teacher

Swami Amritananda

Swami Amrita is a dedicated yoga teacher and karma yogi from Japan, with over 18 years of yoga practice and more than a decade of teaching experience in Hatha Yoga.
