We are happy to announce another event during Labor day to continue to celebrate the Ashram Yoga Farm 50th year anniversary this year.
This landmark retreat will gather many Vedic teachers from the wealth of Vedic sciences: Yoga (science of Mind),Vedanta ( science of Self), Ayurveda ( science of Life), Jyotish (vedic astrology science of Karma and vedic mythology), Vastu (vedic science of space).
Expand your horizons and enrich your life with this age-old vast knowledge shared by Masters in their field. Boost your life with prana, receive positive guidance and insights individually and collectively in this time of transition. The more you are exposed to Knowledge and Wisdom, the more you bring richness and success to your life and your community life.
Classes will be accessible on line if you are not able to attend on site. Experience an amazing few days yoga and meditation retreat and radiate Self Confidence, Peace, Joy and Health.

Pre-requisite
There are no prerequisites other than a sincere desire to learn classical yoga.
ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE
Arrival: Check-in time is 2:00pm. We encourage you to arrive by 4:00pm for the Asana class. Dinner is at 6:00pm and there will be a Welcoming Orientation at 7:00pm followed by Satsang at 8:00pm.
Departure: Check-out time is 12:00pm. You are welcome to stay in the ashram for the rest of the afternoon even after checking out of your room.

WHAT TO BRING
slip on shoes, loose comfortable clothing, writing materials, meditation shawl or blanket, yoga mat, sitting cushion, water bottle, and, flashlight. All books and materials are available to order from our online boutique. (we will not have yoga mat and cushions available so please bring your own)
