Day 1 intro to Fall produce, and preparation . Basic vegetable stock recipe, roasted butternut squash soup , how to thicken and enrich fall soups..
Day 2 intro to fall spices, learning to bloom spices , fall Oatmeal, cranberry jam, fall and winterized salads, amazing versatile dressings for marinade and warm salads.
Day 3 side dishes, from yams to corn puddings, roasted Brussels sprouts, confetti rice, fluffy quinoa, the secret to amazing chard
Day 4 Intro inti sweeteners all sugars are not created equal, Fall Scones with maple glaze, French Toast , chocolate chip pancakes, energy balls
Day 5 wrap up questions and answer let’s make a holiday meal Vegetarian Turkey, picking the potato , perfect gravy every time , cranberry sauce, and pumpkin “cheeseless” cake , simply baked pears .
