Description
During this weekend we will focus on the yogic practice of pranayama. Pranayama is the 4th rung of Raja yoga ladder and is a way to control the breath in order to control the subtle prana which leads to peace of mind. This practice will increase your vital energy, make new connections in your mind, and help you to understand the relationship between prana, emotions, moods, and your state of mind.
Daily Schedule
6-8am Satsang: Silent meditation, chanting and lecture
8-10am Yoga Class with emphasis on pranayama practice
10am Brunch
11am Karma Yoga
1-3pm Workshop
3-4pm Free Time and Nature walks
4-6pm Open Yoga Class
6pm Dinner
7-8pm Free Time
8-10pm Satsang: meditation, chanting and lecture

Swami Dharmananda is assistant director of the Yoga Farm and is in charge of the Karma Yoga program.
