The ashram is the ideal place to come relax, rejuvenate and detoxify from your daily life. This weekend provides an opportunity to receive guidance and nurturing from specialists trained in the ancient healing science of Ayurveda in the form of body treatments, consultations and daily workshops. Please call in advance to book your Ayurvedic body treatment and consultation as there are a limited number of appointments available. Karma Yoga Week

Karma Yoga is service done without selfish expectations. We welcome karma yogis, especially for this karma yoga week. Karma Yogis work four hours a day and have a 50% reduction on accommodations. Gardening, maintenance, building and cooking skills are especially welcome. A Permaculture Action Day will also be taking place on Tuesday, October 10th as part of the Karma Yoga Week.
