In a culture with over 300 notifications a day and continuous stimulation, it is not uncommon to feel overwhelmed, burned out, and craving numbing out. During this retreat, we dive into the intimate workings of your nervous system and practice specific exercises that help you to regulate your nervous system. You’ll also explore how spending time in nature is one of the simplest ways to reset. By the end, you'll clarify small lifestyle changes that can have a big impact on how you experience daily life.
