6:00 – 7:30 am – Satsang: Silent meditation, chanting and lecture
8:00 – 10:00 am – Yoga Class: Asanas and Pranayama
10:00 – 10:45 am – Vegetarian Brunch
11:00 – 12:00 pm – Karma Yoga (selfless service)
1:00 – 02:30 pm – Learn to Regulate Your Nervous System Workshop
2:30 – 04:00 pm – Free Time
4:00 – 06:00 pm – Guided Relaxation & Nature Time
6:00 – 06:45 pm – Vegetarian Dinner
7:30 – 9 pm – Satsang: meditation, chanting and lecture

Lila Lolling is a devoted yoga educator, spiritual guide, and transformational facilitator with over 25 years of experience.
