A Weekend Retreat for Inner Calm and Resilience

Your nervous system is the gateway to how you feel, relate, and respond to life. In today’s overstimulated world—where the average person receives over 300 notifications a day—it’s easy to find yourself overwhelmed, wired yet exhausted, or reaching for ways to numb out.

This retreat offers you a reset.

Together, we’ll explore the intimate intelligence of your nervous system and learn practical tools to restore balance from within. Through a powerful blend of neuroscience, somatic practices, gentle yoga, breathwork, time in nature and community support, you’ll gain insight into how stress affects your mind and body—and more importantly, how to navigate it with grace.

You’ll walk away with:

  • A clearer understanding of your nervous system and its patterns

  • Simple, effective regulation techniques to use daily

  • Lifestyle practices to promote long-term wellbeing

  • A deeper sense of connection—to self, nature, and a like-hearted community

Whether you’re new to nervous system work or seeking to deepen your practice, this retreat offers a nurturing space to reset, replenish, and remember your innate resilience.
