Overcoming the Negative Effects of Artificial Living
There has never been a time in our human evolution where we have fallen so deeply into an artificial life. A recent study showed that the average person in a developed country spends 93% of the day inside (home, office, car, etc). This forced separation from the natural world is leaving us stressed, diseased, isolated, and numb. During this workshop we will take a good look at the current Techno-addiction and learn simple tips to limit screen time and begin to live your life more fully.
