Alleviate the impact of stress and anxiety by understanding your personal “stress profile”—your triggers, conditioned reactions, weaknesses, etc. Awareness is your key to transformation.
The cause of the majority of diseases can be traced to stress. Stress builds up through our repeated reactive tendencies when faced with a perceived threat. Learn the art of slowing down. Discover your inner strength and become versed in the art of replacing your habitual self-defensive stress reaction with positive self-affirmation. Face life challenges with fortitude and self-confidence.
Find your own strength—independent of the collective negative voices that abound. Become the master of your life, rather than being victim to your past. Learn the power of thought and affirmation and conquer your fear and anxieties.

Recommended Daily Schedule
- 6:00–7:30am – Satsang (meditation, chanting, lecture)
- 8:00–9:45am – Asana class
- 10:00am – Vegetarian brunch
- 11:00am – Karma Yoga
- 12:00pm – Nature Walks
- 1:00–2:30pm – Workshop on Stress Relief and Relaxation: From Stress to Strength
- 2:30 – 4pm – Free Time
- 4:00–5:45pm – Asana class
- 6:00pm – Vegetarian dinner
- 7:30–9:00pm – Satsang (meditation, chanting, lecture)
Pre-requisite
There are no prerequisites other than a sincere desire to learn classical yoga.
