TTC Refresher

Description
All is already there, I just have to step on the path…
These 4 days are meant to tune the teachers, graduates and serious students of Sivananda Yoga to the spiritual path as laid out by the Gurus, for their own growth and the upliftment of their students. There will be teaching workshops and sharings in a relaxed context of Yuba river or Donner park as well as inspired satsangs, all with the view to get more inspiration and insights from each other and from the more experienced teachers. Step on the path and surrender to it!

Day 1
- 04:00 – 06:00 pm – Asanas and Pranayama
- 06:00 – 07:00 pm – Vegetarian Dinner
- 07:30 – 09:00 pm – Satsang
Day 2
- 05:00 – 06:00 am – Pranayama (Join ATTC group)
- 06:00 – 07:30 am – Satsang
- 08:00 – 10:00 am – Asana workshop
- 10:00 – 10:45 am – Vegetarian brunch
- 11:00 – 12:00 pm – Karma Yoga
- 12:00 – 04:00 pm – Yuba River Trip (pranayama, talk, swimming)
- 04:00 – 06:00 pm – Asanas and Pranayama
- 06:00 – 07:00 pm – Vegetarian Dinner
- 07:30 – 09:00 pm – Satsang on “How Swamiji Was”
Day 3
- 05:00 – 06:00 am – Pranayama (Join ATTC group)
- 06:00 – 07:30 am – Satsang
- 08:00 – 10:00 am – Asana workshop
- 10:00 – 10:45 am – Vegetarian brunch
- 11:00 – 12:00 pm – Karma Yoga
- 12:00 – 01:00 pm – Workshop
- 02:00 – 03:00 pm – Workshop

Day 4

Pre-requisites
This meeting is open to graduates of the Sivananda Yoga Teacher’s Training Course.
Cost
This retreat is free for Sivananda Teachers in the SYVC network and 1/2 price for all TTC graduates.
Arrival and Departure
Arrival: The course will begin on arrival day with Ashram Orientation at 7pm followed by Satsang at 8pm.
Departure: The course will finish on the final day at 2pm or after the final workshop.
What to Bring
slip on shoes, loose comfortable clothing, writing materials, meditation shawl or blanket, yoga mat, flashlight. All books and materials are available in our boutique.
