Lila Lolling
Lila Lolling is a devoted yoga educator, spiritual guide, and transformational facilitator with over 25 years of experience. Rooted in classical yoga, she lived and studied at Sivananda ashrams worldwide. Her healing journey through epilepsy—now seizure-free since 2004 thanks to Yoga and Ayurveda—inspires her deep commitment to the path.
An ERYT-500, YACEP, and certified yoga therapist (IAYT), Lila has presented internationally, sharing teachings that blend yoga philosophy, trauma-informed practices, sacred ecology, and spiritual depth. Her grounded, heart-led approach nurtures both personal awakening and collective healing.
