Prana, Pranayama, and Yuba River Weekend
with Swami Adi Parashaktiananda
September 25 - 28, 2025
Description
During this weekend we will visit the pristine Yuba river and do pranayama by the river and swim and relax. Spending time by the river and practicing pranayama increases our energy and helps us to understand the relationship between prana and our state of mind. We will have some discourses on Hatha Yoga, Yogic lifestyle and routines, and the Yoga Sutras.
“The Yuba river, in its purity and pristine glory, reminds me very much of visiting the Ganga River in Northern India where it comes from its source in Gangotri”
